The Crown Jewels Program
Berry Plastics believes the extra efforts of individuals and teams are the cornerstones of our success. Our Company was built on employee loyalty, pride and hard work. The name of the program goes back to the roots of our Corporation when we were originally named "Imperial Plastics", and our logo was the crown, which is still used today.
